Returns

Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. If you find that there is an issue with your shipment, please contact me so that we can work it out to the best of our ability. 

 

Shipping:

As of now, I only ship locally.

U.S. orders have free shipping.

Unless specified otherwise, all packages will include tracking. Please note that once the package has been given to and processed by the post office, it is in the hands of the postal service there is no longer anything I can do if a package is lost or stolen. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. tracking is available for purchase on items that do not come with it under ‘tracking info’.

If the address you have entered is incorrect and your package is redirected back to me, you will have to pay the amount to ship it back to you. You will be contacted by the email you provide at checkout if this is to occur. If you do not respond within a month of me emailing you I will put the product back on the market.

 While I have some experience,  I am stil rather new to this, and as such, while I will strive to provide the best service I can, I may make an error or mistake from time to time.
